Fire Station 39 is located in Castle Pines Village on Happy Canyon Road and aptly named the "Taj Mahal".  The area is made up of single family homes, mansions, ranches, light commercial, several recreation centers, a PGA Golf Course, Interstate 25, Highway 85 and a large area of wildland interface & red zone. 39 is the Primary Wildland Team Station.  Eric Hurst Photo 

Brush 39 operates this 1999 International 4x4 Type 3 with a CAFS system.  Brush 39 responds to all large brush and urban interface fires in the district and will respond county wide and nationally when needed.  Brush 39 is a twin to Brush 43.  Photo by Rick L.
