RETIRED STATION 34

OldSta34.jpg

The original Station 34 was located in what is now the east parking lot of the current 34's and had a mirrored floor plan to 31's.  The original station was built to serve the Acres Green Neighborhood which at the time had the only buildings in the area and C-470 was yet to be built.   As the Park Meadows Mall, Ridge Gate & Lone Tree areas began to see rapid growth a new station was planed that could house more equipment and personnel.  The station remained in service throughout the construction of the new house only several feet away.  Photo by MB
